An older style house with antique lighting and some maintenance issues required throughout. I provided a painter and an electrician and for a very cost effective budget we really transformed the whole look and feel of the property. New down lighting and modern paint colour choices made a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Tailored Marketing

Walking the sellers and their adult aged children through the benefits of modernising and then presenting their property using the latest technology paid off. We did a professional photoshoot, 3D tour, lifestyle video, modern plan and a drone shoot showing the location to Carramar Golf Course.

The Campaign

Mid to high $800,000s was reconnect, with the goal of selling quicky the owners would be open to any offer if it helped them to secure thier new home. My goal was to create competition and to aim for the best price possible for my lovely sellers.
